May 15 1911.

With reference to the letter from this Office

of the 15th instant, I am directed by Secretary Sir

+

tions of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, a

copy of a despatch to His Majesty's Ambassador at

As the Secretary of State is aware the Nether-

Baron Gericke's note

until the day after the conversation between Sir E.

Your most obedient,

humble Servant,
